Privacy Policy

We may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you interact with our website, contact us, or request services.

This information may include:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Event location or delivery address, including ZIP code
• Event details: date, type of event, guest count, the items in your cart or package, and rental requirements
• Any other information you provide when submitting forms or contacting us

If you enter your contact details in our Package Builder, we save them at that step even if you do not finish the rest of the form, so we can follow up on your quote.

When you book, we also keep:

• Your estimates, signed contract and signing dates
• Your deposit and balance amounts and whether they have been paid. The website does not process payments or store card or bank account numbers.

When you agree to receive text messages, we keep a record of your consent:

• The date and time you checked the box
• The IP address the form was sent from
• The version of the consent wording you agreed to

We also collect technical and visit-source data:

• How you found our site: campaign tags (UTM), the referring website, the first page you visited, and the ad name if you came from an ad
• The page you submitted the form from
• IP address
• Browser and device type (the browser's "user agent")
• Ad click IDs (such as Meta's fbclid or TikTok's ttclid) and browser IDs created by advertising pixels
• Website usage data

Unless you opted out of sharing (see section 8), we save your IP address, browser user agent, and ad click and browser IDs with your customer record when you submit a form. We use them so our ads can later recognize that your request turned into a booking (see section 5).

We use the information we collect for purposes including:

• Responding to inquiries or event rental requests
• Scheduling deliveries, installations, and pickups
• Providing quotes or booking confirmations
• Customer service and support
• Improving our services and website experience
• Communicating important updates related to your event
• Sending marketing and promotional messages, if you agreed to them
• Learning which ads, searches and social media bring us customers, and measuring and improving our advertising
• Keeping a record of your consent to receive text messages

If you provide your phone number through our website or booking forms, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Fiesta Party Event Rentals LLC regarding your inquiry or event.

These messages may include:

• Booking confirmations
• Delivery or setup updates
• Appointment reminders
• Customer service communications
• Your quote and follow-up about your request
• Marketing and promotional messages, such as special offers and discounts, when you check a consent box that says so

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly.

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. By submitting your phone number through our forms or contacting us, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the phone number and agree to receive communications related to your event or service request.

Fiesta Party Event Rentals LLC does not sell your personal information. However, we do share certain browsing data with third-party advertising platforms when you grant consent through our cookie banner. This includes:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) — to measure ad performance and serve relevant ads
• Google Ads and Google Analytics — for website analytics and ad campaign performance
• Pinterest — to measure conversions and serve interest-based ads
• TikTok — to measure ad performance and optimize campaigns

Advertising pixels in your browser only activate after you accept cookies. If you decline cookies, no advertising pixels are activated. SMS/mobile text data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

In addition, when you submit a form, and later when you accept an estimate, sign a contract or pay your deposit or balance, we send data directly from our server to Meta and TikTok to measure and improve our ads:

• Meta: your email address, phone number, first and last name, ZIP code and our internal customer number in hashed (encrypted) form; country; your IP address and browser user agent; Meta's click and browser IDs; the page you submitted the form from; and what happened (request, contract, deposit or payment) with its amount.
• TikTok: your email address and phone number in hashed (encrypted) form, TikTok's click and browser IDs, and what happened with its amount.

We do not send these platforms your event details or your messages or notes. We send none of this if you declined cookies, if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, or if you opted out of sale or sharing (see section 8).

When you sign a contract or book with us, our CRM may also add your email address and phone number, in hashed (encrypted) form, to a customer list on Meta. We use that list to find people similar to our customers (lookalike audiences) and to measure our ads. The list holds only those contact details, not your event details. If you opted out of sale or sharing (see section 8), we do not add you and we remove you from those lists.

If you arrive from a Meta ad, we save the ad's click ID in our own cookie (fiesta_fbc, 90 days) so we can include it if you later submit a form. We do not set it if you already declined cookies or your browser sends Global Privacy Control.

For our own reporting, we also send deposits and booking payments to Google Analytics with their amount and an internal customer number, without your name, email or phone number.

Your personal information may also be shared with trusted service providers that assist in operating our business, strictly for operational purposes: GoHighLevel (our CRM, text and email messaging, estimates and invoices), DocuSign (electronic contract signing) and Vercel (our website hosting).

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure.

We keep request and customer records, including your SMS consent record, as long as we need them to serve you and for our business, tax and legal records, or until you ask us to delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them.

You may request to:

• Access the personal information we have about you
• Update or correct your information
• Request deletion of your information from our records

We do not sell your personal information for money. We do "share" it with advertising platforms for advertising, as described in section 5, and you can opt out at any time:

• GoHighLevel (CRM) — customer relationship management, communication automation, and contract signing. Its tracking script (page visits and visit source) only loads after you accept cookies.
