Who we are
Fiesta Party Event Rentals is owned and run by a husband-and-wife team in Sacramento. We handle the whole setup, from the tent to the last napkin, so you're not coordinating four different vendors.
We've set up hundreds of weddings and served more than 500 Sacramento families: backyard birthdays, quinceañeras, corporate events and everything in between.
We still treat every event like it's for our own family. Chairs arrive clean, linens come back washed and pressed, drapes come back from the dry cleaner, and every tent is cleaned after every event.

Setup included, delivery priced by address
We deliver the day before and pick up the day after. Tents, dance floors, draping and backdrops are installed by our crew, not dropped off. The delivery fee depends on your event address.
Your quote is your price
Sidewalls, lighting, setup, pickup and your delivery fee are all in the quote. No surprises at the end.
Spotless equipment
Linens are washed and pressed, drapes are dry-cleaned, tables and chairs are inspected, and tents are cleaned after every event.
