How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 2–4 weeks ahead, especially for weekends. Weddings and quinceañeras should book 2–6 months ahead.
Is delivery included?
Setup and pickup are included. Delivery is extra: the fee depends on your event address and is shown in your quote before you book.
What is your deposit policy?
A 25% deposit secures your date (50% for rentals over $1,500), and the balance is due on delivery. The deposit becomes non-refundable 30 days after you sign your contract, or once your event is 30 days away, whichever comes first.
Do you serve areas outside Sacramento?
We serve Sacramento, Elk Grove, Roseville, Folsom, Rancho Cordova and surrounding Sacramento County. We travel farther for larger events depending on package size; travel and lodging fees may apply.
